In Research
We are aware that every industry is different and requires a specific approach. With every client, we bet on gathering the biggest amount of knowledge about industry, competition and trends. We are searching for dedicated reports and best case studies. We don't base only on outside information. We get to know the topic from the inside out.
In Imagination
Although our ideas often go beyond human capabilities (but not hardware ones), we are able to create a whole range of proposals tailored both directly to the brief and containing alternative solutions. The alternatives contain both options expanding the project, as well as allowing to improve it or even save on it. If, however, we get a free hand from you, we will create plans that will not follow trends, but set them themselves.
In Resources
We work with dozens of subcontractors around the world. If we are not able to implement something locally, we always know where to do it. And if we don't know, we'll find it. That is why, when fulfilling orders, we do not think about how to implement them, but with whom it is best. We are able to get any resources and even if you want a spaceship in the project, we will bring it (even virtually).

Ania DragunAnia Dragun is a co-owner of the award-winning post-production studio, LocoMotive, and currently holds the position of co-owner at LocoXR studio.
She began her career 17 years ago, gaining experience in managerial positions in various media-related companies. During her career, she has worked with many well-known brands, earning their trust and recognition.
She holds a degree in film production from Lodz, which allowed her to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to work in this demanding industry.
Ania Dragun is an ambitious and passionate person who is not afraid of challenges. Her achievements in the media industry are proof that with hard work and dedication, one can achieve many successes.

Przemysław DrosikPrzemysław Drosik is the founder and co-owner of LocoMotive sp. z o.o., a post-production house that covers all areas of digital post-production1. He is also the founder of LocoXR, which specializes in virtual and augmented reality technologies1. He is currently focusing on VR and AR experiences, which translates into advanced special effects in films and commercials using stereoscopic virtual reality1. He graduated from computer science studies at Poznań University of Technology, where he expanded his knowledge on decision support systems1.

Aleksandra PetrusAleksandra Petrus has spent the first 16 years of her career mastering the art of project management. She grew her experience by running projects which included animation, video editing, web development, DVD mastering, publishing, DTP and general advertising. For the last 8 years she has been establishing her own media presence as a performer. That gave her a deep insight in all media branches and wide network of contacts. In that field she also learned script writing and event planning. The combination of multimedia background, tech knowledge and artistic imagination allows her to smoothly run communication between the client and the production team. She is passionate about coming up with solutions that perfectly fit all the clients needs. Especially if no one has tried them before.
